A place to feel at home!
Two cosy equipped apartments will represent your pleasant accommodation during your holiday in South Tyrol at the Felderhof. The two apartments were completely rebuilt in spring 2019 and newly furnished. The apartment “Gipfelsturm” with 50m² can accommodate 2-5 persons and the apartment “Bergsteiger” is suitable with 60m² for 2-6 persons. The accommodation in Maranza is the ideal starting point for wonderful excursions to Monte Cuzzo and for interesting discovery trips in the Altafossa valley and to the Rodengo Alp. Both apartments have a balcony, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama view over Pusteria Valley. The inner equipment reflects the traditional South Tyrolean charm. Wooden ceilings and pieces of furniture create a warm and charming atmosphere in the apartments, which are prepared with deep love for details.
During your farm holiday in South Tyrol you should not renounce to any kind of comfort. Both apartments in your accommodation in Maranza offer a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, two separate bedrooms and a spacious living area with comfortable seating area, sofa bed and satellite TV. The bathrooms of the apartments are equipped with shower, WC and lavatory and, upon request, we will put at your disposal the baby equipment with baby bed and baby highchair. Besides in your accommodation you could use also the internet connection. Bedclothes and towels are available.

Prices and discounts
- The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 persons.
- For every additional person we charge 15€ – 20 € / night. (Depends of the saison)
- The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, final cleaning.
Children
Because we love children, they get a special price at our place.Children up to 2 years stay with us free of charge. For children up to 8 years, we charge €10 per day. Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.
Pets
Your four-legged friend also has a home at our place!For your four-legged family members we Charge 30€ a week. Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Terms of payment
Everything about reservations!We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 150 € per week has been paid.

Payment:
The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer, bancomat-kreditcard or cash.
Arrival and departure
On arrival day, we expect you starting from 15:00 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 15:00 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 09:30 clock. Other times are possible upon request.
Cancellation
Please understand that in case of late cancellations (3 weeks prior to the start of your holiday) we will retain the deposit, and in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 40 % of the total price.
